I cannot afford preschool for my child. My income is not low enough to get her into head start (I have already tried) but it's not enough to pay for it myself. I just need some advice on what to teach her so she will not be so far behind the other children. She has attended preschool for about 3 months but due to financial reasons I had to withdraw her. So what are the most important things she should know? And what are some good ways to teach it to her at home? Would you say movies? books? hands on activities? etc....

My friend lost his job and hasn't been able to pay his rent for July, he recieved a notice yesterday that he has until today to pay his rent or they will evict him. He started to work at this temp. job this week, and is starting a new job on monday, I am going to let him stay with me for a couple weeks til he can get a new place. I don't know what the laws are regarding evictions in kentucky. How long does he have til they put his stuff out of the apartment. If he is able to pay the rent by the end of the month would that stop the eviction? What time frame is he looking at?

When we are on the lake in our pontoon we get flies that attack our legs is there anything we can use on our pontoon to get rid of them?? We go through tons of OFF Bug spray. Sometimes it don't help though!

In my office at work, we have a network with a high speed internet connection. However, sometimes we need to transmit data over a dialup connection. This only happens a few times a day, but sometimes different people are trying to use the dialup connection at the same time and we only have one line dedicated to a dialup connection.

So my question is, is there a way to share that dialup connection with different computers so they don't have to wait for the other user to disconnect?

a suitable substitute for water. I hate water, hate it, hate it, hate it! I do drink it though because I know I need to but are those suitable substitues? I've tried flavored water but most of it tastes like diet juice or flat diet soda!!

Since women are not really fertile the entire month, is it really worth it to be chemically altered (hormonally crazy, in my case) for an entire month? Could one just take this pill on those days when ovulation approaches and temptation beat you down? Anyone here done this? If so, what were the effects?

Dear Parent,
I accidently cut my 1 month old baby while cutting his nails.
The cut is small but I think big for a baby!
Does anyone out there have the same bad experience like me.
Because he is only 1 month old, I do not know can he use iodine and etc!!
Now I just use 75% alcohol to clean the wound and cover that finger with a cloth.
If any one out there ever had a 1 month old baby with the same experience hope you can share with me!

Hi guys, Just wondering if anybody knows if i will get male bladness. My grandad on my dads side had alot of hair till he died but my dad id bald. I grandad on my mothers side became bold at around 30. I think he is a stressed individual due to alot of work adn also my dad is stressed. I wouldnt be an overly stressed guy, but like everyone i amsometimes stressed. My mother is quite hairy aswell :-). I have quite thick hair and just want to know if i will become bald as i have recently been losing a bit f hair and i am worried. Thanks alot

Well, the doctor did not informed me on anything nor did she tell me you're underweight etc..
but I think it's quite obvious that I am..I mean I'm I?
I drink water around 5 or 8 glasses daily.I don't only eat junk food.I'm not a breakfast person so I don't eat big meals for breakfast my only big meal is dinner the rest is either snacks.I think I need more proteins but which?
Also,I'm doing exercises for my legs,thighs and arms oh and glutes area!

Please provide me with a good gain diet and exercise routine? perhaps daily.
I don't want to make it too stressful because I'm also on a study guide where i want to gain knowledge haha.

I have a Lightning Audio 750 watt Subwoofer with the RMS being 150 and it is 4 Ohms. My amp is also Lightning Audio 750 watt with the RMS being 250 and it's a 2 channel. I have the subwoofer bridged and even when it's not bridged the amp still turns off at the same volume level. I have 800 watt wire on everything and I also have a half farad capacitor hooked with it. I don't have any idea why it keeps shutting off because everything is hooked up perfectly. And the amp kicks off when I turn the volume up about a quarter of the way loud...I can't even turn it half way up without the amp not turning off!! PLEASE HELP ME! I NEED MY BASS!
