Well, the doctor did not informed me on anything nor did she tell me you're underweight etc..
but I think it's quite obvious that I am..I mean I'm I?
I drink water around 5 or 8 glasses daily.I don't only eat junk food.I'm not a breakfast person so I don't eat big meals for breakfast my only big meal is dinner the rest is either snacks.I think I need more proteins but which?
Also,I'm doing exercises for my legs, thighs and arms oh and glutes area!

Please provide me with a good gain diet and exercise routine? perhaps daily.
I don't want to make it too stressful because I'm also on a study guide where i want to gain knowledge haha.

omg hun, thats way to little. Try to gain weight but gain it the right way. eat more but eat good. good carbs are good for your thighs and eat some veggies and fruits they're healthy, but i dont know how much you'll gain from them. dont excersice as much any more but dont watch a lot of Tv eaither. You are very underweight, i think you should see a Doctor. ++ ask him detailed questions about it.

Anything less than 100 pounds would definitely be underweight.

being 99 pounds doesnt have to mean that you're underweight, it also depends on height, body frame, nationality and many other factors. Im 17 and weigh 200lbs anyone would think im obese from that info, but my body frame is big and im tall, so the doctor says im only overweight, not obese

You seriously need to gain weight!!! You need to be more than 99, and more than 110!!! You should be around 120-125, but it depends on your height. If your really tall, 99 is underweight, and if ur really small, 99 is still underweight, but if ur really really really short, then i guess 99 is ok.

you can try eating bowls of cereal with whole milk and power bars througout the day, make sure to still eat vegetables, eat bananas and try not to run, do other exercises that build muscle. Basically, carbs are the answer to gaining wait.

At least eat breakfast, have some protein shake, and talk to a nutritionist..

You should be talking to a nutritionist about this, not YA. Yes, in my opinion, you are way too thin.
