**me** I would eliminate the living & dining rooms - we very rarely use them, just more to dust

Well, if I lived in your house, I'd use the living and dining rooms as dance studios!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Or.........
The living room would be a dance studio,
And,
The dining room would be a recording studio.
But, then again, this is me, and I live elsewhere!!!!!
I DON"T HAVE THESE TWO ROOMS IN MY HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the kitchen!! its so ugly and so r the appliances! we bought this house in '98 and the kitchen is like 9 years old!!! old rusty cabinets and ugly floors and counters. my mom wants it redone as soon as possible
she said whenever she gets mad shes gonna rip out 1 cabinet!!
