I am a male who is hoping to go to rio for carnival in 2008, None of my friends will be able to go and i can't wait till 2009. I don't speak portugese. Will i be safe? Will i have a hard time with the language barrier? Or is there a sufficient amount of english speaking brazilians? Any tips will also help

I have a Compaq Presario SR1030NX. It if a few years old. I need a new power supply (mine is only 250W) to run a video card that required 300W+. The video card is a Nvidia GeForce N6600 its AGP. So what I really want to know is what to look for in a power supply, Will anything fit in my case? are all power supplies the same shape/size? after talking with compaq they say I have a Micro ATX mid-size tower. Will any ATX power supply fit?

Also Compaq says I shouldnt get anything over 350W becuase it could send to much power to something and damage something. I dont know if that is a lie to make me buy something, I dont see why I cant get 400W+

PayPal doesn't seem to address this in much detail anywhere on their website. I've never used PayPal before and I'm thinking of using it to send $40 or $50 to someone. If I sign up and get a PayPal account and then 'email' them the money then what happens from there?

How hard of a process it it (and how long does it take) for them to receive that money? Timing is an issue here - it needs to be FAST and uncomplicated or forget it.

I have heard 2 conflicting things regarding a morning workout. I don't remember where I read it, probably online somewhere. But one is saying that working out in the morning before eating anything burns the most fat and calories, because your body is "empty" and turns to it own sources to burn fuel for energy. Then the other thing I heard I was to exercise after breakfast because eating will help you to burn the calories more "efficiently". So what is the better option between the two to lose those pounds and inches?

My husband decided to change jobs so he will be able to be home during the week. So we're looking to buy a house closer to place of new business, and I am quitting my job (other quest. posted). He just called and said present employer offered him a raise and possible bonuses; (he is in construction, a superintendent). New job will give him a vehicle to drive to and from work and same wage with raise and bonuses regularly. He wants to stay with present job, but wants me to decide. I am very hurt. I thought the whole thing was so we could finally be together more instead of just weekends! I'm thinking of just telling him it's his choice, see what he does, and then decide how I am going to handle it; separation, divorce...I don't know. Am so confused. Any advice? And yes, I've discussed this all with him before, so he does know how I feel. I won't make the decision, because if I say you better take the new job or else, and it doesn't work out, he will blame me.
