No, the anime lost too many viewers and the anime tanked, so there will be no more episodes of the anime. The manga is going strong and the cost of re-starting the anime is too high, with the fan base for the anime too low

There won't be a season of Inuyasha for the anime. However, the manga is still coming out in Japan.

No. Due to poor ratings and lack of interest in Japan, the anime was cancelled in Japan. Viz nor Sunrise have no plans to make anymore episodes nor make anymore movies. However, the manga is still continuing (currently at ch. 513) and so much has happened (the manga will end sometime this year though). Go to mangarun.com to read.

It's theoretically possible, since the Manga has moved the storyline a long ways from where the Anime ended.
But I'm not aware of any plans to do so.

No, even in Japan the series just ends, thats why its not very popular there, although the manga is still goin on.
