BREAD & CARBS ARE GOOD FOR YOU, EAT EM & MOVE

Bread doesn't make your butt fatter. Refined sugars (like in white bread) have a lot of calories which make your whole body fatter. If you want a larger behind, hit the stairs and do lunges to build muscle.

Not just bread and the only reason bread really makes you fatter is if you don't burn of the kjs or if you have a mild allergy to wheat that makes you bloat. Everybody distributes their own fat slightly differently but in women, the first places you generally put on weight are in the boobs and butt.

What becomes fatter is completely dependent on your body. Bread got that reputation because it is a carb. Carbs give your body energy. Not energy like caffeine, but energy for your body to process fat and feed your muscles. If you eat carbs and exercise regularly you will build muscle. If you eat carbs and sit around that energy the carbs provide turn into fat which is unused calories. So in short, if you exercise bread does not make anything fat.

The myth that bread makes you fatter is just a left over from the Low Carb Craze of 2002-2003. Neither bread, nor "carbohydrates" make you fat. Fat makes you fat. That's why they call it fat.

The dieting industry will always single out something perfectly healthy to use as a scapegoat in order to sell their snake oil products.

Lol. No such thing sweetheart. Adipose tissue (your fat cells) are dispersed through your body and only increase or decrease in size. You never actually 'gain' fat. Also, the distribution of these fat cells is throughout. It may appear as though it is only growth in your glutes, but the reality is that your entire body feels the stress. Eat right, exercise, and have fun doing it. Remain positive!
