i am 17, 135 lbs and 5'4.
i have visibally lost weight, seen in the mirror, and also using my tape measure. hwoever, my weight has stayed at the same point for the last couple of weeks, despite 90 mins of hard exercise in the gym 4 times a week, burning generally 1000 cals, and eating 1800 (roughly).
i am doing weight traiing, so is this why my weight hasnt dropped? my arms are a lot stronger, which is visiblly clar by the defined muscle, but also the strength when i feel it.
please tell me that im doing ok (if i am) and how i can aid my weight loss further. im looking to drop to about 120, for a better bmi.
