I live in the Phoenix area, so it's hot down here. I have no idea what type of grass I have. It's dying all over the place. I need to know the best plan of attack to bring it back to life. When is the right time to do what? I see ads all over the place for this seed and that fertalizer. What exactly should my approach be?

Four friends, who hadn't seen each other in 30 years, reunited at a party. After several drinks, one of the men had to use the rest room.

Those who remained talked about their kids. The first guy said, "My son is my pride and joy. He started working at a successful company at the bottom of the barrel. He studied Economics and Business Administration and soon began to climb the corporate ladder and now he's the president of the company. He became so rich that he gave his best friend a top of the line Mercedes for his birthday"

The second guy said, "Darn, that's terrific! My son is also my pride and joy. He started working for a big airline, and then went to flight school to become a pilot. Eventually he became a partner in the company, where he owns the majority of its assets. He's so rich that he gave his best friend a brand new jet for his birthday."

The third man said: "Well, that's terrific! My son studied in the best universities and became an engineer. Then he started his own construction company and is now a multimillionaire. He also gave away something very nice and expensive to his best friend for his birthday: A 30,000 square foot mansion."

The three friends congratulated each other just as the fourth returned from the restroom and asked: "What are all the congratulations for?"

One of the three said: "We were talking about the pride we feel for the successes of our sons. ...What about your son?"

The fourth man replied: "My son is gay and makes a living dancing as a stripper at a nightclub." The three friends said: "What a shame..what a disappointment. " The fourth man replied: "No, I'm not ashamed. He's my son and I love him. And he hasn't done too bad either. His birthday
was two weeks ago, and he received a beautiful 30,000 square foot mansion, a brand new jet and a top of the line Mercedes from his three boyfriends.

I am 22 and happily married to the best man ever and the greatest thing ever is happening. We are expecting our first child which we were trying so very hard for. I am in week 21 of the pregnancy and everything has been going very well. We just found out that we are having a girl which again is just the best news ever! But here lately I can't sleep at night and I am constantly feeling like I just need to cry. Every little thing that goes wrong makes me upset and I just want to curl up in bed and go to sleep. I feel like I can't focus on anything and my mind is constantly racing around but I don't have anything particular on my mind. No worries and no doubts. And Im not feeling like I need to hurt myself in any way just a bad feeling in me. I am feeling very depressed and I can't understand how concidering how happy I am about the pregnancy. Am I the only one that is feeling this way and does anyone know of any way to help with this? Why am I feeling like this?

My family has a camp on a small lake. The water is spring feed and very clean. Growing up we never had any problems with leeches. For 26 years I had never even seen one while swimming. However within the last three years we have been finding them and a few family members have even got them on their bodies. If you have any fixes for the problem (that wouldn't hurt other wildlife in the lake) or any ideas why suddenly we are developing the problem I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Four months ago, I applied for a mortage. Here were my stats then:

- No co-borrower
- Credit score of 690
- $450 in monthly debt payments (car and credit cards)
- Gross montly income of $2800

By my local credit union (where I bank), I was offered $125,000. Since this number wasn't suitable to me, I paid off some debt and got a higher paying position. My new stats are:

- No co-borrower
- Credit score of 715
- $167 in monthly debt payments (car payment only)
- Gross montly income of $3200

I went back to my credit union feeling pretty confident they would offer me more. I mean, why not? I have over $500 more each month than I did the first time! That should mean that I can afford $500 more for a mortgage payment right? WRONG.

They only offered me $127,000.

Can someone PLEASE explain this???

Anyone with similar stats who got a higher offer with another mortgage company? Anyone in the field who can offer a solution?

I had a dream that i was in a swimming pool trying to hide from someone i knew was coming after me...for what reason i dont know..anyways...i kept having to dive in and hold my breath for a long time...each time lasting up to 15 minutes...then i'd come up,t ake a breath and dive back in...struggling for the first couple of minutes, but after that holding my breath normally. The man after me finally sees me...and jumps in after me. Its like he's chasing me, and i'm scared, but know i will get away.
