Not sure what you mean by "bright red" as it can range to a copper color to literally a red color.

I have naturally blonde hair and i died it black with bright red streeks... The only die that i have found that doesnt fade out as fast and is super bright is the Ion system. You can get it at most beautly supply stores. Here is Az i go to Sallys. Its not a complete box set so you have to get the die, developerm, gloves, bottle and or brushes how ever you like to put it in.
