No but I understand your pain. I am making a change myself. When work isn't fun anymore and they are not paying you well either its best to move on.

I say try and find another job. Dropping a brick on foot is not worth it at all.

I feel your pain! Luckily I am in the process of changing jobs (now just stressed for the decision of which career path to take)... Hang in there, It'll all work itself out :) Until then though, vent to as many people as possible, otherwise, you'll go insane! :P
