x^2+8x+16
I'd like the answer and the concept. I know that the answer is (x+4)^2 , but how do you get rid of the 8x?

And they call you constantly?

I mean, I watch all these people talking on the cell phone on the street. It's like every other person, you know? And in the stores, the sales clerks are splitting their attention between work and personal calls. Same at the post office... That means that somewhere out in the world is someone willing to take these calls every minute of the night and day...

How did this obsession get started? Isn't there a moment these people want to be alone with their own thoughts? Or is that exactly the problem?

I really do find this all quite strange.

Truck Series Driver Arrested - Drugs Involved: Mason [Ohio] Police said NASCAR driver, Aaron Fike, was arrested at Kings Island this weekend. It happened in the parking lot Saturday afternoon. According to police , Fike struck a Kings Island security officer with the side mirror of his car as he drove away. When Mason police arrived on the scene, they found heroin inside his SUV as well as syringes and spoons with residue. Fike was not alone. He had a woman with him, by the name of Cassandra Davidson. Both were arrested on drug possession charges and taken to the Warren County Jail. Fike, 24, is a driver of the #1 Toyota Tundra Craftsman Truck Series. He's currently ranked eighth in the series.


You know, Not jumpin' to conclusions on this too much.. But unless somehow he passes a drug screening, and this is just the girls stuff.. He's screwed. Bye, Bye NASCAR. I can't believe a heroin-user could even make into one of NASCARS elite divisions.

Recently, I got this dumped on me. I have to call on past due invoices of customers. I have no idea what they are being billed for but I am now supposed to call these places and ask when they are going to pay their invoice. A lot of these invoices are from before I even started here and I resent that this is just being dumped on me with no warning or anything.
Ugggghhh!

I just got a 4 month-old female pomeranian, and have been working hard to housetrain her. She has a carrier crate for crate training and she's currently fenced off in the kitchen.

I've been faithfully taking her out to the yard every 20 min. to 1 hour during the day, waiting quietly for her to go so I could praise her. But she hasn't gone outside once! Instead, the ONLY time she seems to go is when she's unattended in the kitchen. I get the feeling she doesn't want me to see her do her thing and is just holding it in until we get inside.

It's so frustrating because I really want the opportunity to praise her for doing things right to build some positive reinforcement. I've tried to keep her in her crate when we come back inside but she doesn't want to go in and be cooped up.

So that's my story. Should I keep taking her outside hoping she'll go? Should I hide or something and try to catch her in the act so I can take her outside? Thanks in advance!
