Most definitely. The whole world saw George W. Bush was not actually the winner. While vote fraud was not limited to Florida, that state became famous as the center for the election tampering.

Yes.
Follow the money.
Get real, the final count (when the Florida Election Commission finally got around to the audit) was that Bush lost in Florida by more than 700 votes...because the UNCOUNTED absentee ballots were 95% for Kerry.
But we have not seen the best part yet.
The Office of the President has actually issued a regulation that "governs" the circumstances under which electoral results will be disregarded: whenever in the judgment of the President circumstances exist that warrant maintaining the continuity of the National Command Authority. Which means he plans to NOT leave office if a Democrat is elected in 2008, i.e., if the fix does not work because the popular vote is TOO lopsided to steal the election.

Not at all. Most evidence showed more tampering by the Democrats than Republicans. Not to mention they never counted all the absentee ballots, which are usually dominantly Republican votes. I don't think it was rigged, but something the Bush haters like to say because they just don't want to admit he won the election. It's nothing against them, I think a lot of Gore haters would say the same thing if he had won.

The only possible way to fix an election is by manipulating the voters. There are still states that don't use electronic polling. That would make it impossible for the government to change the results, especially since Bush wasnt even in office yet.

Oh come on. Questions of this nature are ridiculous. There is no way Bush could have fixed the 2000 election and got away with it.

Fixing? No. Using his brother to take advantage of the botched count in Florida, yes.
Jeb had Fla Secretary of State Katherine Harris certify the election when the count was still in dispute. Weeks later, the supreme court ruled based on that, stopped the re-count and handed Bush the election. A full canvas of the entire state later showed Al Gore squeaked by. But even if the supreme court had not stepped in, the election would likely have gone to Bush. If the recount had been conducted as the Gore camp was arguing (not a statewide recount) then that count would have had Bush come out.
I do not believe there was fraud, but it was one of the worst run elections of the modern era resulting in the wrong person being put in office.

Yeah, the crying libs wanted their Gore to win. He had the most electoral votes so he won, in essence "fixed" the vote. Good campaigning and leadership fixes a lot these days. Too bad libs.
