you cannot reduce abuse by controlling the substance, that has been proven over and over again. Someone who abuses will find a way regardless of the controls in place. It is the abuser that needs to be controlled or helped.
In my opinion, younger people abuse drugs to escape what they see as a harsh reality of their lives. Unfortunately, they find out too late that escape isn't really possible, and by then they are addicted and in a continual downward spiral. I often wish we could send our teens to poor countries around the world so they would know without doubt just how good they actually have it here. Unrealistic and expensive, I know, but I do think our teens are spoiled and largely ignored by their parents making their lives aimless and frightening. Who wouldn't turn to some sort of escape in that situation?

Take it every day, but limit the intake and gradually shrink it a little bit every day. and eventually, stop alltgeather. I know a 30 yr old who tried this and he quit chewing.
