Jury nullification, which is a juries rights to not only rule on the facts of the case, but to rule on the laws pertaining to it, subsequently over ruling the judges orders, and/or written law.

In Georgia, is an officer of the court (such as an attorney) OR anyone else allowed to inform the jury of this power?

I read "Today, no officer of the court is allowed to tell the jury of their veto power".

Oklahoma's Governor Brad Henry has signed an immigration reform bill, House Bill 1804. House Bill 1804 was passed by overwhelming majorities in both the House and Senate of the Oklahoma Legislature. The bill has four main topical areas: it deals with identity theft; it terminates public assistance benefits to illegal's; it empowers state and local police to enforce federal immigration laws; and it punishes employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens. Oklahoma is no longer "O.K." for illegal aliens. "When you put everything together in context, the bottom line is illegal aliens will not come here if there are no jobs waiting for them, they will not stay here if there is no government subsidy, and they certainly won't stay here if they know that if they ever encounter our state and local law enforcement officers, they will be physically detained until they're deported. And that's exactly what House Bill 1804 does."

You know those new tops the girls are wearing?....that are kinda tight on top and then tie around the waist and then are poofy on the bottom? well, I like those and Ive tried on a bunch of them. But they kinds look like maternity clothes and make me look puffy, so I dont buy them. I recently found one with much less "poof" on the bottom, and it was cute, so I bought it.

I'm just worried about looking kinda big in the top, since its loose on the waist area. I'm gonna wear skinny jeans with it, so that should help. And the top doesn't look TOO much like maternity clothes. Haha!

So, do any of you ladies have this problem? I'm sure you do, because that is the style of the top and its cute, but you don't wanna look big. Any suggestions?

Have any of you experienced changes in your menstrual cycle after having a baby and getting your cycle back? I used to be every 31-34 days, and now 2 years after having my daughter my cycles are every 26-28 days. I was wondering if having a baby can change this, or if it's just changing as I get a little older (I'm 28). Thank you.

I have 7 positive accounts and 6 negatives. My credit score is pretty low. The 6 negatives are credit cards. Well actually 3 are cards and the other 3 are the same cards but are from collections. Each card is reporting me twice. I disputed all the negatives and they all came back as correct. The 3 cards plus one of the collection agency are scheduled to be removed in Nov. 2007. The other 2 collections are scheduled to be removed till Nov. 2013. I got the 3 credit cards in 2000, spent them and never made a payment.(yes i know, young and dumb). The other 2 collections are reporting that the accounts were open in 2006 and thats why they will not be removed till 2013. I didnt open anything in 2006. All 3 original debts were opened in 2000.
What could I do about this to try and get those last 2 dates changed?
I though it was 7 years and thats it. Can they keep selling your debt to diff. companies and restarting your 7 years?

I am a 33 year old grown man and when I turned 22 I became seriously addicted to strip clubs. I started going 2 to 3 times per week and havent been able to stop. Its been an exciting escape for me. To date, I have squandered in access of $50,000 and I am not kidding about that. One night at scores of las vegas, I spent over $2000 and Dennis Rodman was there next to me spending much much more and I dont make a great deal of money in my job but somehow I find the money for this activity. I feel so guilty about all the money Ive spent and all the girls Ive touched. I feel very sinful and I feel I have wasted my youth. I mean i love women and sex and I dont think I am any different than any other man. Is what I did that bad or am I normal guy ?

I cant believe it. I missed my cousin's wedding. I promised her I would go. I even RSVPed like three weeks ago and I am going to miss it. It just seemed like everything that could go wrong did. I didn't even call her to let her know because I just decided to stay home. I dont wanna call her an hour before she walks down the aisle or during the reception.
