I don't agree with grouping people together, but I've heard a few stereotypes in the hospitality/service industry. What are the misconceptions? Which "Groups of people" don't tip at restaurants no matter what the service?

The neighbor has staked claim for this land as part of his deed. He is trying to use it as leverage to get my father to sell him 4.2 acres or trade that strip, about 1/10th of an acre for the 4.2 acres. He has put huge rocks on the land and was trying to put up a wire across the driveway today. Does anybody know the law in Arkansas. I think, possession and maintaining the land for 55 years makes it theirs, but cannot get ahold of my lawyer today. Thanks

we had unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago, but i never came anywhere near to orgasm. in other words i did not ejaculate because we ended quickly. She has no cramping, and no bloating. she usually has those symptoms during normal periods and her blood flow is usually heavy. she told me this is the second time in her lifetime that she has had a light period like this, but this one was shorter (lasted about 3 days, today was the last day she thinks) she has no morning sickness or urge to go urinate and/or other typical pregnancy symptoms. yesterday we had protected sex during her period, which is why i think it might have ended earlier, but i have read a rumor on the internet that intercourse during your period can relieve you of your symptoms. is there a possibility that she is pregnant, or am I just really paranoid. She says that I am too paranoid, but I am just concerned because i cannot afford a child right now. if possible, is there anyway that I can get this off my mind??

these head pains, make me shake, fell sick, fell weak, faintish, it effects my speach and the way i walk, i'v been complaining to my g.p, but they are not takeing me serious, what i'v been taking for is is syndol & nurofen which takes the edge off, if you have any advice,please reply.

Technically, delusion is a belief that, though false, has been surrendered to and accepted by the whole mind as a truth; illusion is an impression that, though false, is entertained provisionally on the recommendation of the senses or the imagination, but awaits full acceptance and may not influence action.

So a poster said we don't experience GOD it's a delusion. If that''s the case who is mis-leading us by definition? Our Mind?

A person that prays, meditates for healing from GOD and it is granted who did that ? our mind? As a nurse I witnessed people being healed with the power of prayer, when Doctor's have told them what they have is incurable. Is it a delsuion of the mind that is healing them?

If our mind has so much delusional power why can't we accomplish everything that is good and make sure the bad never comes our way?

I moved into a rental about 5 months ago in southern california. The lawn was nice in green back February but has slowly died as the weather got warmer. Once I realized that the sprinklers were not working properly I began to water the lawn when I got home from work. The lawn progressively started to die quicker. After research, I realized that watering at that time of the day may have helped kill it. I went to home depot and bought some scotts turf builder and some more seed. I laid it down and followed the instruction but nothing really happened.

Now the grass is pretty much dead every where except a few spots. I water it in the morning or noon time only. It's very dry this summer and I have progressively been watering with more and more water with no success. I read that I may need to have it aerated and re-seeded. Is this true? Can I do it myself? If not, what is the price to have someone do this?

The ground is very firm and fyi no plants are dying etc.

I have a clarion deck and four factory speakers( two 5 1/2s and two 4x6s). When i start my truck the speakers work just fine, but at random times they will just stop working, but my stereo doesn't shut off, just the sound does from the speakers. I went to aspen sound and they said it was a blown speaker, which sounds right because one of my speakers sounds fuzzy and unclear. But i don't get how the speakers will sometimes work for a couple of days without shutting off and then sometimes only a couple of seconds. So i think it would be a bad connection or pinched wire behind the deck. It just doesnt make any sense that it would be a blown speaker if the sound shuts off when i slam the door or hit a speed bump. What do you think?

I think that players would be better equiped to deal with the NBA if they spent at least two years in college. They may have the skills, like Kobe, etc, but college teaches them other things about the game, like teamwork. Luke Walton is an example. What say you?
