They do have hundreds of listings, but the jobs are not very secure ones. NASA is subject too much to the whims of the public and the government. Currently the moon program is on track, but when the democrats come into power things will change. Historically they care more for social programs than for science.

Remember we landed on the moon in 1969 and after 20 years no one really cares. The space race was a replacement for the politics of the arms race, without that there is little drive to go into space.

I am a science fiction fan so I favor the space program, but I have to admit that a sound health care plan sounds a lot better than a return to the moon. If you want job security then explore Geriatrics, the science of aging. With the aging baby boom population that will be the next great field.

Not hard at all. They have hundreds of jobs listed on their website. http://www.nasa.gov and click on 'work for NASA'. They are alway hiring. Sure, it's probably easier to get a janitor job than a computer programming job or astrophysics job, but they hire a lot of people with different skill sets. If you're a computer scientist o engineer, you may need a masters - physics or astronomy, a Ph.D.

Depends on the job. In all cases, you'd better be pretty smart, good at math (both in-your-head arithmetic and higher function mathematics associated with engineering), and able to deal with stress and deadlines.

DONT WORK THERE!!!!!! DONT WORK THERE!!!
Its massively corrupt dude. IF we had privaticed space long ago we would have a couple of bases on mars by now. And mining the astroids. Whenever the stupid corrupt goverment sticks there ***** into something it dies. Did you know that if the government didnt regulate milk prices milk would be a dollar a gallon instead of f'ing 4. I love milk. Bastards.
