I bought a new LCD 32" 720 Samsung TV. And I have to use my old DVD player that works fine, better than usual TV programs but worse than HD quality. I would like to buy a HD DVD player.
What should I buy - HD DVD player or upconversion DVD palyer?
Do I need special HD DVD discs to watch movies on HD DVD player or I can still watch my old DVD movies ??

I am 22 and newly married. Everytime I am trying to figure something out in the kitchen, my husband wants me to call his mom and ask for advice. Sometimes he calls her behind my back when I say I will just look something up online. Am I wrong for being irritated about this? I don't want his parents thinking I am incapable of handling things.

Im 17 and Last night I got pulled over going 52 in a 35 and got a $185 ticket. I asked to see the radar and he refused like I assumed he would. Later I noticed that he had not signed the ticket where it says something like " I swear that I believe the below citations to be true and correct" and he didnt make me sign the line swearing to appear in court. Is this grounds for dismissial and how do I go about getting it dismissed?

Is it possible for a DVD player to overheat? We did notice the fan was on a few nights before and then it quit working suddenly. Everything else works on the player, but the sound output to our surround sound system won't work for anything. Sound output into the tv speakers is fine. What is the problem? Any ideas?

I feel so sorry for this girl who lives next door to me. She is 16 and has learning disabilities which is only noticeable when you talk to her. She has been living there a coulpe of years and I hate the way they treat her. With her foster parents being very old she is forced to do ALL the house work which I notice every day when I'm in the back garden and they always sream at her if she has not done everything or has not done them quick. She dose everthing even picking up the dog poo. She also wears all her foster mothers hand me downs cloths form the 50s like very long grey dresses and grey tops. She looks stupid and embarresd. What should I do. She always looks down in the dumps. my mum and she thinks the same and says the foster perents have treated all the foster children like this for years. But every time they are reported they are always smile when ever anybody calls around. Am I being to nosy.

I love pizza with anchovies--EXTRA ANCHOVIES!! It gives the pizza an extra flavor to it that goes great with green peppers and onions/pepperonies and ham. I guess people dont like it because its "fish" on pizza. WHO CARES?!?! I promise that once you try it a couple times.. you'll began to like it. He was busted in 2003 for marijuana possession and in 2002 he was busted for suspected drunk driving.

This time he was driving 100 MPH at 2:15 am in Los Angeles and had marijuana again with a host of other lovely drugs including Valium, Xanax, Vicodin, Adderall and Soma. No prescriptions were found.

The media has hardly said a word today.

Do you think if he dated the Bush sisters they'd jump all over this??
