I'm a happily married woman and every so often I dream of other men. I look at it like it's a freebie. I seriously doubt my husband has never had a dream about another woman. Don't make a big deal out of it, enjoy instead!

It don't meen jack. I've read that dreams are just a way of the body removing stress in our sleep. The cheating could have subliminal meaning, but not always definately. The devil likes to play with your mind. Basically-Don't take it serius.

It means that there is something very very wrong with you! You are probably one of those people that only get turned on by doing something nauty at the expense of your partner. You should try not to ever comit to any releationship because all you will do is hurt the other person. So, please please stop making your current lover think that you want a releationship with just them. Then you can do whatever you desire.

Veronica...it means that you'd be best served thinking of something else constantly. I've never experienced a place where there are more insecure people in one bunch terrified about their relationships.
If you have confidence in you and your spouse (or whatever), these silly and juvenile thoughts would never even enter your mind.
