I'm hoping to send my query letter and manuscript to some publishers, but what does it mean for your submission to be unsolicited?

I am a 22 year old female in a long term relationship and on occasion enjoy anal sex. My problem is that even though I have been doing it since I was 18, all of a sudden it has become painful. It only happens maybe one or two times a month and I take all the nessesary precautions but for some odd reason it just isnt working like it used to. It really seems like my boyfriend has grown in gurth or something. We take it nice and slow use a massive amount of lube and he is very gentle but everytime I rip. The pain is very little and very easy to get over as he is entering me, but when he ejaculates the pain is overwhelming and blinding and I have to run to the bathroom and wash very fast. I always end up bleeding too. Could somebody please help me figure out what is wrong so I can indulge in this guilty pleasure once in a while without fear.

I been separted to my husband now for about 2 month's and I am taking him to court on July 24th for child support and support for myself. We have 4 children and I am also pregnant with our 5th child. He keeps telling me that I am going to get a little bit of money. He is also paying child support for another child that he had with his ex-girlfriend. He pays $550.00 a month for that one son, so I was just curious to know if my children will get the same amount or less? Also, are they going to decrease the amount of money that his first son is getting in order for all my children to get an equal amount. I been a house wife for the pass 5 years and my husband is also in the military. Do you think that I will benefit from that?

plz help!
ok so during the summer before 7th grade a good friend of mine told me he liked me at camp and asked me out. when i was younger i felt awkward and uncomfortable when this would happen so at the time i sorta blew it off with the excuse that i was also friends with his ex-gf. we remained friends the following school yr when we were going to the same jr. high school and became close again.during 7th he asked out about 2 of my friends but ended up dumping them. both of them would tell me how he'd talk about me,how we were together at camp. so after ending the relationships with my friends, he asked me out again.
*heres where i messed up =/
i felt uncomfortable again and just stopped talking to him altogether. and before im called a b**** or w.e remember that i was in 7th grade so i was already awkward by default.
now, about 5 yrs later i have returned to the same camp as a counselor where he is working too. we havent talked since then bc we now go to different high schools...
