Spend the money where it should be spent:
I would try to start a program that would house, educate, clothe and feed the homeless and poor, so that they can have the same opportunities that many others have.
Everyone should have roof over their head, food in their stomach, and clothes on their back...it's a shame that our Government doesn't feel the same way.

I would force CEOs and heads of companies to perform community service in places like homeless shelters, food banks, neighborhood clean up.

You can't do anything in a day. I would sit in His/Her's office and use the phone and Internet. Answer some Answers in an office. Yeah!

Try to educate people against racism. So i would have prepared cultural days and invite all the world so that they can get to know eachother and discuss

i w'd look thru the rules n regulations n amend it if necessary to the satisfaction of the people from all walk of life.
