I am a 22 year old female in a long term relationship and on occasion enjoy anal sex. My problem is that even though I have been doing it since I was 18, all of a sudden it has become painful. It only happens maybe one or two times a month and I take all the nessesary precautions but for some odd reason it just isnt working like it used to. It really seems like my boyfriend has grown in gurth or something. We take it nice and slow use a massive amount of lube and he is very gentle but everytime I rip. The pain is very little and very easy to get over as he is entering me, but when he ejaculates the pain is overwhelming and blinding and I have to run to the bathroom and wash very fast. I always end up bleeding too. Could somebody please help me figure out what is wrong so I can indulge in this guilty pleasure once in a while without fear.

I think the answer about the proctologist is on target as well as the suggestion to give it a rest for awhile.
I am in the medical profession and we know that pain is the body's way of telling the brain that something is wrong at the origin of the pain. She may have an infection or anal fissures that do not respond well to an intrusion by a large object. I suggest an endoscopic exam that puts a scope into the rectum, etc so that a microscopic viewing of the tissue is done. Bleeding is another clue that something is not going according to Hoyle in her b/f's trips up the Hershey Highway. Her b/f's ejaculation causing pain might be resulting from the acidic seminal fluid hitting an open sore...I don't know if this is it as I do not have an M.D. behind my name but it is a possibility to keep in mind.
Really get to that proctologist quickly. It seems to be your best bet. Good luck.

First of all you are female and you have a boyfriend, how in the hell does this question belong in the Gay, Lesbian category? Lay off the anal for a few months until you completely heal. In the mean time get your a** and the rest of you to a Dr.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/l83GG
If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!
