plz help!
ok so during the summer before 7th grade a good friend of mine told me he liked me at camp and asked me out. when i was younger i felt awkward and uncomfortable when this would happen so at the time i sorta blew it off with the excuse that i was also friends with his ex-gf. we remained friends the following school yr when we were going to the same jr. high school and became close again.during 7th he asked out about 2 of my friends but ended up dumping them. both of them would tell me how he'd talk about me,how we were together at camp. so after ending the relationships with my friends, he asked me out again.
*heres where i messed up =/
i felt uncomfortable again and just stopped talking to him altogether. and before im called a b**** or w.e remember that i was in 7th grade so i was already awkward by default.
now, about 5 yrs later i have returned to the same camp as a counselor where he is working too. we havent talked since then bc we now go to different high schools...

Yes, of course you should talk to him. You guys have a history together. He will remember. Guys hold onto these things just like girls do. And you will finally get a chance to explain why you treated him this way and you can both laugh about it. Go for it.

No guys do not hold onto things like that, although from experience women do. Look you both are much older and wiser talk to him and if it comes up make a joke out of it or better yet bring it up yourself and state that it was just a time in your life

If you are persistantly friendly with him (Just friendly, unless you are looking for him as a boyfriend--again lol) and he probably won't remember a thing. If he brings it up, just laugh and say,"yeah, I'm so sorry about that, I was a really shy kid, and i know that's retarded, but i hope you can forgive me. I was being really immature." He will probably laugh too, if he even remembers it. Good luck!
