My landlord and I are in a dispute. He agreed to have me pay him an extra 50 bucks a month to catch up on the past due balance. However,today he insulted my wife and said that we had to pay him 2 rents by the end of the month, or get out. I understand that he is frustrated, but I am trying to rectify the situation, but this is unacceptable to him.What are my rights? He threatned to have my wages garnished. I live in Pennsylvania

i am not saying all these bands suck or don't have talent. i like some of these bands.

1. The Doors - I cannot see what the deal is with J Morrison
2. Grateful Dead - I hate this band with a passion
3. Nirvana - Really, the founder of grunge. Try Again! ps. in utero sucked. Nothing like 5th chords.
4. Dream Theater - Lots of talent. they show off too much. they should write better songs instead of being like "look at me i can play sweeping appregeos on the guitar"
5. Phish - Trey A is not that good on guitar
6. Nickelback - Sounds like every other band
7. KISS - I think they suck
8. Queen - No Comment on them, just overrated
9. Pink Floyd - Great music, just too much hype
10. Aerosmith - simply tacky

People commonly say that there is no way to prove your religion, you've just got to have faith. Why is that your religion then? What causes you to have faith in that religion over another one. What causes someone to be Christian over Buddhist? Is it because it's more likely or because you somehow were born with faith in Christianity.

The name of our galaxy is the Milky Way Galaxy, but what is the name of our solar system. I know that the sun and our solar system are located within the Orion Arm, but every book I read referes to our solar system as The Solar System. Hhmm maybe that's the name of it and to think we name everything on and off our planet but our very own solar system.

something else first.....and the last time they did that something first it took over a year? Do you trust them? Or tell them enough is enough? Still be friends but do you keep trusting since they have proven they take FOREVER to get something done that they told you wouldn't take very long. Is that a lie? Or are they just unconcerned with time? (I'm asking this in R&S because most of my friends are here)

there is a loan my ex spouse and I are splitting in half and its in our divorce papers. I have not received any money for the loan, and the loan is just in my name. I dont know what to do, what i can do, or if there is anything at all i can do. I was told I can take my ex spouse to court and have their wages garnished... the thing is they live in oregon, and i live in california, will that cause conflict?
