canada's good in terms of price. but sucks to have wait for non emergency surgeries. Canadians have access to the same meds as the States or their generic equivalents. Only difference is who pays.
I will say Sweden is the best.

United States of america has the best in research and devolpment. but it's price-y. canada has a great medical insurence though.... it's practicaly free. you just have to be canadian. so...
U.S.A.=better meds
Can.= free meds.
so you choose which is better.
