Will you be less likely to visit an amusement park or ride a thrill ride this Fourth of July holiday? Personally I like to live dangerously, but how do you feel about it? Some poor girl in Ohio lost both her feet on a free fall ride, a twenty year old girl died in NY on the "Brain Scrambler" and a child was knocked unconscious on a tea cup ride in Florida... Do you still wanna go?

Isn't a hotel a temporary "home". Without a person or animal with me, I cannot fully enjoy the accomodations due to my disability.

Heres something on a cheerful note to get away from all the negativity. Ok here goes who can tell me who died in the bible in this specific way that no one in the history of the world died this way before the person died this way & no one ever died this way AFTER this person died this way.... who was the person & how did they die????? clues. It wasnt Jesus be cause there were 2 individuals one on each side of him & earlier people were put to death that way so it wasnt him & its in the Old Testament. i'll give answer to someone in 3 days if no one finds it. to post the answer for me if i cant do it ok lets see who get it...

I have noticed this especially with political questions. Someone might ask, "Why are libs so pathetic" or something like that; there could be 30 compelling answers arguing that debate, and one person answering, "You're right, they're stupid," and THAT would be awarded best answer, just because it agrees with the questioner's narrow-mindedness!

Even one question asked who was hotter, Brad Pitt or Ashton Kutcher; 20 people said "Brad Pitt," with maybe ONE saying "Ashton Kutcher, Brad Pitt is too old to be hot," and the questioner awarded THAT answer as "Best Answer!"

So, my question is, are the "Best Answers" really awarded fairly and objectively, or are they awarded only to those who conform to the questioner's narrow frame of mind?

By the way, I WILL be objective and open-minded, and award "Best Answer" to the BEST answer!

Electrical stimulation of the right angular gyrus make some people feel the presence of God. Atheists see this as proof that God does not exist, claiming that God is just in our minds.

there was this guy who i went out with in middle school. lets just say it didnt end well. we didnt talk for a few years. then we started talking again, and i thought i might still like him (i was 18, he was 17). everytime we'd talk he would try to hold my hand and stuff. however, he would also try to avoid standing near me some of the times, and he tried to set me up with his friend.so i was confused and assumed he didnt want me. then i got a new b/f and brought him to church where my ex would be. not to "try to make him jealous". i just like to be with my bf. anyway, my ex comes up and scoops me up into this big bear hug in front of my bf (he usually doesnt hug me like that) and then turn to my bf and goes "who's this dude?" kinda snotty. and extents his hand to my boyfriend. my bf took it and squeezed it as hard as he could. the blood drained from my ex's face and he walked off without a word. now he stares at me and my bf with a really mean look on his face.

Can someone who lives in Austin, TX please tell me if the flooding is bad there. We are planning a trip next week, and were wondering if we would be able to drive through there? If not, where would you recommend going through to get to San Antonio from Fort Worth?

(My dad died a couple years ago, that's why I'm saying just from my mom).

We want to get engaged by the end of the year and get married a year or so after that. We've already discussed the rings, wedding, kids, finances, living arrangements, etc. We know we're ready for the commitment; it's just down to one thing... Asking my mom... I know she'll say yes, but I think it would still be a really nice, polite, and respectful thing for him to do (and she'll really appreciate it). But he has no idea how to go about bringing up the topic to my mom, where to do it, etc.

How did you (or your boyfriend) ask for the "blessing"? How long before the proposal? Should he buy the ring first and show it to her (show off the rock and also to show that he's really serious)?

[We've been together over 3 years, after being best friends for almost 6 years. We know we're meant for each other. That is not part of the question, so no lectures about being too young please. Just answer the question at hand.]

Charianna 9.5 y/o: completely out of a stroller!
Danielle 8 y/o: completely out of stroller also!
Scarlett 6 y/o: completely out except 4 naps!
Anabella 4 y/o twin: same as Scarlett
Ansley 4 y/o twin: same as Anabella & Scarlet
Gabriella 2 y/o: still in stroller!
Kingston 10 months twin: still in stroller!
Kelsey Marie 10 months twin: still in stroller
Those are my kids names and ages. I push around a quad-stroller around right now! But I'm due to have a baby soon (about 2-3 months). I'm usually REALLY early. So I want to have as many out of diapers and strollers as possible! Is it wrong to let my daughters Scarlett and the twins still ride in strollers? They don't always ride in them, just when they get tired.
