Can someone who lives in Austin, TX please tell me if the flooding is bad there. We are planning a trip next week, and were wondering if we would be able to drive through there? If not, where would you recommend going through to get to San Antonio from Fort Worth?

I live in downtown austin.

Austin itself is not suffering ANY complications.
(some businesses and landings around the colorado lake/river are temporarly closed) but
I hear highway 35 is clear all the way between SA and DFW......... no problems.

the rivers kinda high here, but its no big deal.

accourding to the nation weather and local news all closures are north of dallas, close to the state border
