I'm not sure if 2.4KM is consider a 1.5miles run BUT
I'll be running on this coming Saturday.
I tried running around the park and ended up resting after the second round. Half way through the 1st round, I couldn't breathe through my nostrils and had to breathe through my mouth which tired me out. On the second round, my chest felt as if someone set a fire on it. It was terrible.
I'll be running tomorrow again (hopefully this can make my run much more easier because I'm running 3 consecutive days.)
I was wondering, would this allow me to run faster/easier on Saturday morning?
*I want to build stamina as well, so that I wont feel breatheless easily.
