I been on the pill for a year now. Last month I did not take one of the last pills and my period came early by 3days. I continued with a new pack for this month, but my period, or what looks like it, came almost 2 weeks early. I've had it for 5 days now and they are normally 3 days. For 2 days now I been feeling "sick." I am thinking of taking a test, but I wanted to know if this has happened to some of you. Can this be because I skip one pill? Or can it be a pregnancy? I am scare to test. Please, give all the advice you can.

I am 28 and would like to switch careers and have always wanted to present the news on t.v. I really belive I would excel at this but do not know where to start. I know I need to begin with an entry level position but I'm not sure how to go about it. All of the online sites suggest an internship but at this point in my life I cannot work without pay. Does anyone have any expertise/suggestions on this?

Sometimes I have weird moments in my life where for some reason something I dreampt about happens. When this happens I usually get really cold chills and it feels weird. About 4 years ago i had a weird dream about harry potter and I think i might know a key elemnt about the last book. Anyone have any output about it.

Everything in our universe is composed of bosons and fermions.
Fermions consist of leptons and quarks.
The quarks are the red, green, and blue flavors of the up, down, strange, charm, top, and bottom quarks, and the antimatter counterparts of each of these.
The leptons consist of electrons, tau particles, and muons, and the neutrinos corresponding to each of these, and the antimatter counterparts of all of them.
Bosons are the force carriers, the photon, (hypothetical) graviton, w+,w-,z bosons, gluons, and (hypothetical) higgs bosons.

All of these particles interact through the 4 fundamental forces, electromagnetism, gravitation, the strong nuclear force, and the weak nuclear force.

Is that correct?

I'm looking for a place where they actually let you peer through the telescopes. I would think some (actual working) observatories would offer this... but I am not familiar with any. I'm trying to organize a small group event for about 10 people.

We aren't going to find out what we are having. We have decided on the boys name but having a tough time with the girls name. I am a former smoker myself (9 years) who quit COLD TURKEY upon finding out I was pregnant 4 1/2 years ago. My husband has tried umpteen times to quit. He is currently chewing the gum but sneaking cigs at the same time. I know it's not healthy to nag him- so you don't have to advise me not to. Just help me think of some ways I can show him how much I believe in him.

im getting married at september. we been dating for about 5 years now. she is my most prized possession. i love her so much. but amid happiness, im having lots of doubts. I sublet a room from someone. As the landlord is selling the house, we have to move out within a month. My roommate has the lease and rented this house for more than 10 years. There are lots of things that require attention around the house. Recently, we have troubles closing up the garage door. Sometimes, it works well. Sometimes, it doesn't. I had asked my roommate if he plans to fix it or calls on someone to work on that thing. He said 'At this point, I don't want to do anything.' When I tried to hit the button to close the garage door last night, I heard a big cracking noise. I think something was broken with the chain. My question is if I need to take full responsibility for that. I have told my roommate something is wrong with the garage door. He decided not to take any actions. I feel like we are playing the musical chair. I am just the unluncky one.

My roommate is known for a deadbeat. When the other guy moved out, my roommate deducted a huge amount of deposit. They had a big fight over this. The other guy did clean up the place very nice. Also, he is not a smoker. I just don't understand what my roommate's excuses on deducting a huge amount of deposit. My roommate still has $600 deposit from me. I just worry if I can get that back.

P.S. The landlord doesn't know my roommate is subleting the house to other people.

less people are using yahoo answers? like a year ago i used to use it but i stopped for awhile and came back. but back then when i was using it it was like no matter what category you were in,like you would have at least 10 - 15 answers in 4 minutes. but now i dont get an answer untill at least 7 minutes. its crazy!

I know it sounds like a dumb question but my husband is a mechanic and he keeps on slipping on oil spots. We want to find some shoes that won't slip very easily under those conditions. Any mechanics out there know a thing or two about this?
