hinahanap is directly translated as searching but ´hinahanap ng puso´ can be a figure of speech, it may either mean the following:
the heart searches for..
the heart is longing for..

it really depends on the sentence and how you use it...

It means literally- What age do you have? In English, we say how old are you. Make sure you put an upside down question mark before que, and put an accent over the e in the word que.
