i try to run and some light weight lifting but i sometimes have doubts wether i am going to do good if i am confronted with 2-3 or more,,,

is there anyway to learn street fighting or at least the right way to make a punch without having to waste money on a teacher since its all fanatsies of being rambo
dont suggest weapons cause i dont want to go to jail becasue i have a life

I work as a waiter, and I work so hard and give the customers whatever they ask for so fast and always ready for thier orders . so they dont give tips! nevaaaa...., although I work in a 5 stars hotel restaurant, so they pay alot for being there . so why are they mean ?!!!?

My best friend is a very petite girl. Even though she is a wife with two kids, she can actually fit into little girls clothes if she wanted to. She has a lovely figure, but she is not really blessed in the chest department if you know what I mean. I see people make comments to her all the time about her not having any boobs. People she works with says things, people she is friends with...it's everywhere she goes. They usually say something jokingly and she usually makes a sly remark which is much more funny or she will pick something about them to pick on, but I know it really bothers her. I just wanted to see if anyone on here has had this happen to them a lot and what different things people have tried. To me, I just can't comprehend why people feel the need to point out something like that. It's just flat out rude!

A guys walks into a bar, sees an attactive women sitting alone.He walk over to the women and says: " i have the coolest watch!" The women replies: "Why?"--- it can tell if a women is wearing panties....and it says you are not wearing panties!
Women replies you watch must be broken, sorry for you i am wearing panties.
Guy replies.....damn this watch is an hour ahead!!!!

there would obviously be pros and cons..for example, it would be harder to publicise wanted criminals and warn people of dangerous weather etc...but there would be less violence, swearing etc for childrens eyes...

im 14 weeks pregnant and i have no appetite whatsoever. whenever i try to eat ill throw it up right after. ive been taking my prenatal vitamin but i feel like a bad mother to be because im not doing as i should. ive had ultrasounds and the baby is fine but i dont wanna risk it. i lost 3 pounds since i got pregnant and im just worried. is this normal? what should i do?

We have people in this country who can't afford health care, our health systems are over burdened and our taxes are sky- rocketing for Medicaid. Now we have a guy who has been sentenced to life wanting the taxpayers to pay for his sex change operation!! I am open minded to many things, but this is crazy as far as I am concerned!

My Chiropractor wants to see me 3 times a week, every week for a year. I have cancled appointments because of soreness and inflamation, and I feel that the adjustments are excessive. I've delt with chiropractors all my life and I have never heard of adjustments being done so frequently for so long. Does anybody have any info on the safety of frequent adjustments? Should I be getting that many adjustments? Links to professional articles and info on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
