There isn't just one zip code for the whole entire United States. Each state is divided up into regions and each region has it's own zip code.

For example, the state of Texas ,where I am, consists of the zip codes 75000 through 79999 and 88500 through 88599.

Here's some links for more information about United States zip codes:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ZIP_Codes_in_the_United_States
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZIP_Code_prefixes
http://www.zip-code-database.org/

I hope this helps.

There is no exact zipcode of the USA. For example, each city or even a certain area within that city has a zipcode. Zipcodes are all over the USA.
