My sympathies to you because I know how hard morning sickness can be. I usually lose about 8-10 pounds in my first trimester from sickness but I always gain weight just fine after that, so don't worry.
You might be eating too little. If you only eat tiny amounts it may aggravate your nausea and you will just throw it up. Try increasing the portions just a litttle bit and eat WHATEVER you want to...whatever appeals to you. Something is better than nothing.
And find a drink you can tolerate so you can stay hydrated. I drank a lot of cold Sprite and Gatorade when I was sick.
I also drank Carnation Instant Breakfast because it has lots of nutrients and proteins and it was easier to get down than food.
Try taking your prenatals right before you go to bed. That way if they make you feel sick you can just sleep through it. If you are 14 weeks along chances are that your sickness will start to subside soon. By week 20 you should feel MUCH better.
If all of these measures fail and your sickness is still so bad that you're throwing up several times a day, you can call your doctor or midwife and they can write a prescription for anti-nausea medicine.
Take care, hon. All the best to you and baby

it's normal to lose weight in the beginning of your pregnancy. Or not gain weight. I lost about 5lbs and didn't gain anything until about week 22. I was also very nauseous and couldn't really eat either. I found that drinking warm tea made me feel better. And then I could eat some food. Mostly comfort foods - soup, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese... whatever I could keep down.
Maybe getting some of the shake drinks (carnation instant breakfast) or Ensure shakes will help you. They're not for dieting, just for nutrition. Hopefully you can keep something like that down. If not, your Dr. can write you a prescription for somethign that will help with the nausea so you can eat! Don't be afraid to call your Dr. to get the help you need!

It's not abnormal, that's for sure. It really depends on what your weight was before you got pregnant, whether you were underweight, normal, or overweight. Only your doctor will be able to tell you how you stack up and what you need to be doing. And if you're 14 weeks along, the illness should start to subside soon. If it doesn't, there are some bracelets for motion sickness that can help. You can find them at places like Walgreen's. Try eating very light foods like salads and crackers. Eat whatever SMELLS good. The appetite will come, trust me!

I lost 30lbs in 2 months with my first. You do the best that you can.
Try eating small meals more often and find what foods work for you. For me the first time it was fruit, this time it is mostly starch and sugar (not so good).
Also try making pureed fruit and ice that can be easier to get down when it is hot. If you can add some yogurt or milk but that may be too heavy. If that is going well try adding spinach/kale/greens plus to a berry puree or apple. You will hardly notice the taste difference. You can also add protein powder if that will work for you

The 1st 3 months I was pregnant I lost 10 lbs. I'm now 7 months and gained it all back. We are both doing great. Don't worry about it. Drink lots of water and relax.
