We aren't going to find out what we are having. We have decided on the boys name but having a tough time with the girls name. My husband wants to use Elizabeth as the middle name and is thinking he wants an Italian name for the first name but hasn't been able to come up with one he likes. Any suggestions?

Maria Elizabeth is very traditional.
Teresa is a popular name in Italy, and not so popular in the US.

Teresa Elizabeth would be ok too.
