A guy stuck his head into the door of a barber shop and asked, "How long before I can get a haircut?"

The barber looked around the shop full of customers and said, "About two hours."

The guy left.

A few days later the same guy stuck his head in the door and asked, "How long before I can get a haircut?"

The barber looked around at the shop and said, "About three hours.”

The guy left.

A week later the same guy stuck his head in the shop and asked, "How long before I can get a haircut?"

The barber looked around the shop and said, "About an hour and a half."

The guy left.

The barber turned to a friend and said, "Hey, Bill, do me a favor and follow that guy and see where he goes. He keeps asking how long he has to wait for a haircut, but then he doesn't ever come back."

A little while later Bill returned to the shop, laughing hysterically.

The barber asked, "So where does that guy go when he leaves?"

Bill looked up, tears in his eyes...

Is it a sensation deep in your gut? Is it a re-ocurring thought or is it an actual voice....like the message is heard deep in your head. Sounds a bit crazy, but seriously I am confused because the bible talks about how we should "listen" to God and how he speaks to our hearts...well how? How do I even begin to know what God's answer to my questions are? *sigh* And how can you know what his promises are for your life, aside from the ones in the bible?
This is important to me and I only need serious answers. If you feel like joking around then please find someone else to mess with...I need some clarity.

There is this female that I know who has been the one to criticize me, degrade me, and unnerve me sooo many times. She and I attend the same church; she is the pastor's daughter. I am the type of female who is quiet, sweet, drama free, and classy. There are times when I can be sassy if I feel that I need to be. When it comes to dancing, she always wants to be the one seen and the one the attention evolves around! We dance together. She will even try to make me look crazy infront of the people that are around. I don't have to be the center of attention; I feel that I would rather be asked up than to be asked down. I am very humble. Why does she feel like she needs to always be the one who has everyone's attention and every spotlight? What is her issue?

Was sold a bracelet and as told it was genuine silver. He even rubbed it against a cloth to show it turned the cloth black, apparently meaning it was genuine). Well i didn't care really the guy was nice and it was cheap,(bought in Taiwan). Now its leaving black mark on my wrist. Is this real or junk?

so that when i fart it will smell really good, i have been doing it sense i started 7th grade when i was 'using' the facilities and a classmate of mine barged in saying how badly it smelt....my face grew red in embaresment as i sat on the pot. my last turd slithered out of my anal cavity like a worm crawling out of an apple before someone took a bite. to end the story nicely...my poop ploped in the bowl and the snotty blonde girl look under my stall enough to see my shoes and regonized me from that day one i was called smelly ***. i know i shouldnt waste my deoderant on that place and i know i shouldnt be embaressed 4 years later but i am...something is wrong with me, please help

a little over a mo. ago i was asked by my fiances family to give up my career and move to new mexico to live w/them his mother has mental issues as the whole family knows and she now says i have to get out now. i got no money and nowere to go i gave up my job,house, and left my family to do this. i need to know if i got to go now or if i get a wk...or a month to get things figured out? please someone know how to help b/c this is urgent maybe a number i can call to get leagal info. anything....thanks so much good day to all.TC =)

I will be moving in August from an apartment where I pay $700 per month for rent to one where the rent is $653 per month. When I move into the new place, my rent will be prorated so that I will actually pay only for the time I am residing in the apartment- from the 12th til the 31st, or $409.60 ($20.48 per day for 20 days).

My argument is with my landlord (I don't have a lease or rental agreement), who expects me to pay the full August rent of $700 before I leave for the new apartment. By my reasoning, I should pay $22.58 per day for the 11 days I live there, or $248.38.

I do not want to start a huge family feud, because my landlord is also my sister. If my reasoning is incorrect, I will happily pay up, but it seems insane to me that I should owe for time I'm not there.

Who's right?

I'm 13 and I'm already freaked out about aging. Everyone is telling me that you may have a good body one day but it all gets wrinkley and saggy at some point. I think what freaks me out the most is that my skin won't look nice anymore. I feel like I'm being superficial but I can't help it. I also hate the fact that your back slumps, you forget, people get annoyed with you, and people treat you like your old. Do you think I need counciling? Is this some type of phobia?

creativity and imagination are endless and infinite..

and with that, I've just came to a realization: Hollywood is not out of ideas. Given that the human mind can be infinitely creative, that's not possible. They just aren't trying...
