find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
and take a multivitamin with breakfast and omega or flax oil capsules.

Well there LOTS of ways to loose weight...this is what i would do:
Every morning @ 7:00 AM go to a near by track or park and run for 1 hour or 30 mins.
or..you could just go on a diet thats right for you
Well......thats all i would do without surgery or pills!

I think losing weight can be easy if you do it the right way.
get on a fruit and soup and salad diet, drink a lot of water and if can exercise. stay away from red meat just chicken and salmon. Sushi
eat fruits
no bread no carbs at all, just chicken soup with a lot of veggies the veggies will feel you up and wont let you gain weight and you losing weight healthy!!!!!

You can lose weight so your clothes are loose. Don't eat less which is called dieting since it does not work.
It is better to nourish your body thin instead of starving your body fat. Learn to eat good carbs and good fats. If you do it wrong, it is impossible. Do it the right way and it is easy.
