Was sold a bracelet and as told it was genuine silver. He even rubbed it against a cloth to show it turned the cloth black, apparently meaning it was genuine). Well i didn't care really the guy was nice and it was cheap,(bought in Taiwan). Now its leaving black mark on my wrist. Is this real or junk?

Go down to a store and buy some silver cleaner. That should take care of that problem. The acid on your body is causing the silver to turn black. Just clean it. That's why most people get sterling silver.

Obviously, it is junk. Real silver will not turn your wrist black. Matter of fact it shouldn't have turned black on the cloth, unless it was already dirty...I would throw it away, and save yourself a trip to ER. You don't want your wrist to get amputated.

I don't know if it is fake or not. Some people can't take silver on their skin. A trick would be to coat that area with clear nail polish and that should keep it from turning your wrist black.
