They are both the same. Tea counts as water because it is mostly water to begin with, just flavored. Drink it sugar free, with a little lemon and it's even better for you than plain water. The lemon helps you lose weight.

water, except if it's bottled, which doesn't contain any natural minerals our bodies need. Some teas have anti oxidents which help fight cancer. I drink a very light suntea, I use two tea bags and fill a pitcher with hot tap water. Then dunk the tea bags in the water till it reaches a very light carmel color, not to much or it tastes bitter. Served over ice, it quenches thirst very well.

Water is healthier, but tea is healthy in its own way as well.

Water is healthier but too much water would drain your minerals. My father was allowed a certain amount because he was drinking water excessively.

They both have equal benefits - however, green tea has been proven NOT to be beneficial to the heart. White tea is the most "nutritious", and most herbal teas have some increased health benefit (chamomile calms, spearamint relazes, red rerobois is good for circulation)...

i individually think of that water is purely so best for you. it may help your physique in maximum of techniques, and our bodies purely choose it. the eco-friendly tea is great too and can be utilized as a complement, however the water is mandatory, in my opinion. i will continually tell a distinction in the way i think if i don't drink adequate water, yet i will not be able to declare the comparable for whilst i don't drink the tea. good good fortune to you! :)
