what primary colour should i mix together to make beige?

There isn't a real beige color (like there are hundreds colors green)

The biggest part is white. About half of the total amount.
Mix some red, yellow and a dash of blue. This makes your basic brown (results may vary depending on what paint or pigment quality you use) Mix this to your white until you have the beige you want. Skin tones may need some more red and blue.

NEVER ad the pure color to small amounts of beige as it can change dramatically. First ad it to your 'basic brown' then mix it in.

First try making a brown-- the best thing is to experiment and work w/ small amounts of paint at a time to not waist to much. try all the colors to make it (primaries- red, yellow, blue---i'd but more red and yellow then blue)

then ad white to get the right shade of beige from that brown

Brown and white with a hint of pink or peach or yellow. (depends on what color beige)

Add a small amount of yellow and a smaller amount of red to white paint.
