Yes, We believe in the scripture that says, what Jesus binds on earth, he binds in Heaven. We like wise do the same. He gave a parable about the master who gave money to his servants and when he returned , he expected interest on the money. Well God is the same way. He gives you this life and opportunity to learn and better your Soul and Spirit by what you learned and what you did to serve him. His interest is in a lot of ways. It may be the special gift you have to play music or art and by contributing it to the world, you are giving back. You may be able to help someone see that the words of God are worth following , Like Love and forgiveness. Like helping a homeless person or an old person across the street. Like salvation through your belief that Jesus died for your sins. He asked us to teach Love to the whole world and asking through by his name that which we would, we would receive it if it was for the highest good.
Your question was a cute pun, but he really does collect interest and you will answer for what you did with your life when you leave.

Yes, he saves the human race which I hope includes you. The interest rate he is getting is getting to know and love you. And that is the best rate of all.

Early Christians were not allowed to earn interest. Since no one with any sense would lend money otherwise, they usually borrowed from Jews, which had the unfortunate side effect of labeling them as greedy.
However, Jesus is in the unique position of being both an early Christian and a Jew, so I'm not sure how that would work.

Salvation is a Gift. It can't be earned or stolen. Only accepted. That may sound strange to you, but it is true. We are all sinners and fall short of the Glory of GOD. Therefore, Jesus had to sacrifice himself to save us all. However, this gift must be received in order to get you to Heaven. Being good, kind, loving, and honest wont get you to heaven. You must earnestly repent of your sins and accept GODS Grace. Then and only then can you know the wonder full power of GOD. Please don't ignore the Lord. He is knocking.

Why would you go to a worldly forum to ask such a question. Ask Jesus that question and then remain open for the answer. Go to church or ask a Christian friend, but Ask Yahoo? Satan has field day in here honey....I believe Jesus saves, but you came to the wrong place to ask that question.

I heard he saved 15% by switching to Geico. Or was that Geico saving 15% by switching to Chuck Norris? I get so confused sometimes... =P

This is an old joke. But He really does save, something immeasurably more valuable than money: you (but only if you're willing).
