In Texas, my friend married a man that had purchased a home several years prior, with his first wife. Three years after the original purchase, be had another Deed and Deed of Trust done, releasing his ex-wife from all responsibilties for the home. About eight years later, after he and my friend were married, he told her he wanted to refinance the home and have his ex-wife removed (which we find out later had already been done) have my friend put on the home and refinance to get cheaper payments. A Deed of Trust, but no Deed were issued in both their names when they refinanced. Now they are getting a divorce and he is telling her that even though she is on the Deed of Trust, she has no ownership in the home. She has talked with three different divorce attorneys who tell her that this is possible. How could this be. My understanding was a Deed of Trust was held by a Trustee until the note is paid in full, at which time the Trustee releases the home to the borrowers, which she is.

and the next thing u know there is someone else living inside your own home!!!

your next door neighbour is like a few km away...so they cant help out to see if got intruder or not

my mom died when I was 10. Since her death I have always been well...."scared" and think too much if I could get it. My mom's death took me a lot of pressure to "move on". I know my mom would not want me to worry about these things and all, but I'm scared. I really am, what should I do to stop thinking about this "if I get cancer like my mom"? I have tried to stop thinking, but I just can't.

I have suffer a lot of depression, after her death I have been also encounter family issues.

God my head is spining please help :(

American people should be aware that when they vote their next president, it affects the lives of millions of people around the world. Its not fair to say on one hand America gives millions of dollars in saving some lives, while on the other hand waging illegal wars or campaigns resulting in killing many others. This could be translated as meaning GENOCIDE.

Profound mental retardation describes an IQ below 20. People at this level require total supervision and nursing care all their lives. They can learn little except to walk, say a few phrases, feed themselves and use the toilet. Many have severe physical deformities as well as neurological damage. There is a very high mortality rate during childhood in this group.

I don't understand the part when it says "they can learn little except to walk, say a few phrases, feed themselves and use the toilet". Does it mean that they cannot walk, say a few phrases, feed themselves and use the toilet?

you would take back the nasty things you say about them. they are no different than any other humans, i dont see why people think they are different.

Could the recent poll saying 41% of Americans still believe that Saddam had evolvement with 911 be real? If so how could this be?
Within the last year the White House and Bush himself said Saddam had no involvement. The House and Senate and major press say no involvement.

I know there were initial "implications" for a while, but I thought the truth was now out.

So why still 41%? How come?
