What does pain in the head and ringing in the ear come from?

Your head and your ears.

You may have a migraine or just a standard headache.

Ringing in the ears can be tinnitus, mennaires causes vertigo.

Take a sinus medication, it will dry up your Eustachian tube from your ears, which should help the ringing and help the headache.

Could be an inner ear problem but most likely is a migraine.
