Is walking any good for you? would I be better off running on a treadmill or walking? I live half hour walk away from my work would it make a difference to walk to work, will my legs slim down/. i dont wanna get bulky!!!

My ownhumble views are as follows--
1. About Indiraji, when she dismembered Pakistan , was praised as 'Durga' by Atal Behari Bajpai himself. Very soon, that Durga
showed her "vikraal roop" through Emergency equally to friends & foes.


2. As for Mme Sonia, she has no intellect, erudition, patriotism , bravery or valor even in the minimum. She personifies harsh vindictiveness, egocentricity, dishonesty , mendacity,utter selfishness ,falsehoods & a tendency to resort to song & dance at the drop of the hat.
By fluke, she won power for the dilapitated Congress , & they are now worshipping her as Durga. Next time she will be in the dustbin, they will be the first to ditch her.

' Chaar din ki chandani, fir andheri raat.'
Kindly let me have your considered opinion on this Modern age Durga ( ? ).

M.D., 3 years old from,was admitted for the first time in a hospital on june 18, 2007.

Chief complaint: fever and rashes

History of present illness:
Condition started 5 days prior to admission as sudden onset of fever, temperature range= 38-38.5C. Patient was given Paracetamol 5 ml every 4 hours which afforded temporary relief. Decrease in the appetite was noted. Parents did not seek consult because of financial difficulty. The morning prior to admission, temperature was noted to be 39C and parents noted rashes on the face which gradually spread.
(+) cough
(+) soft watery stool 1-2 episodes/day
(-) vomiting

Past history:
Prenatal: Mother is G2P2002. Had prenatal check up at the health center. No meternal illness incurred during the entire gestation. Took multivitamins regularly.

Natal: patient was delivered at home assisted by a midwife. Good spontaneous crying was noted right after delivery. BR= 2/2

Postnatal: Patient was breastfed since birth up to 6 months old. Solid food was introduced at 5 moths old. Developmental milestones – unremarkable.
Immunization status: complete primary immunization done at the health center.

P.E: examined a conscious, febrile patient with the following vital signs
HR= 100/min RR=25/min Temp= 39C
Weight= 13Kg
Skin: (+) maculopapular rashes from the face down to the upper chest
HEENT: (+) “redness” of the eyes, (-) eye discharge, (+) watery nasal discharge, (-) tonsillopharyngeal congestion
Neck: supple
C/L” equal chest expansion, harsh breath sounds
CVS: regular rate and rhythm
Abd: flat, soft, normoactive bowel sounds
GUT: grossly male
Ext: (-) rashes, good pulses

We are having a debate at the class this monday about a high population and I need to defend our answer that having a high population can help a country. Our country, Philippines is one of the example that has a high population and it is a small country. many people says having a high population is bad but there is still hope of having a high population that can help a country. We need to prove that it can really help a country but what is the real proof that a high population can help a country?

My baby was born with a full head of hair and has lost none of it. The hair is curly but not tightly curled, and sometimes straightens partially depending upon the weather. I don't want to damage it with too frequent ponytails and she's far too active to maintain them anyway. There's only so many barrettes she can wear at once, and I don't want her to get those and chew on them.


I had her with me at a haircut place today when my oldest got her bangs trimmed and one of the ladies there was eying the baby's curls and commented on the heat. It's been bothering me since.


What cut can I get her to help her be comfortable and still look like a girl? Her hair doesn't lay where it should and doesn't evenly curl either. It's long, but not all over, a natural mullet. Normal bangs aren't possible.


What terms do I use to describe the right cut to a hair cutter? I think she needs a "Frodo" cut, but a bit shorter.

i found this really cute hairstyle that i want, but there's one problem; it's on an anime person. It's not some poofed up deal like alot of anime, i think this one's realistic. anyway, does anyone know where I could find the following hairstyle in the pic on a real girl?
