My son, who just turned 6 last week, just finished Kindergarten and is attending summer camp. He was one of the youngest in his class at school and is now the youngest in his camp, which the director keeps raising issues about. My concern is 1) It's summer camp, not school; it's supposed to be fun, not stressful. 2) He is socially immature compared to the other kids which apparently is a concern for the camp director. She says he doesn't have much interest in participating in sport activities. I told her he is one who would much rather sit down and write, draw or color than play. He's very intellegent and this is how he prefers to spend most of his time. I don't think that means he's immature, but maybe I'm wrong. Does anybody else struggle with similar issues?

I have a friend [of 16 years] who has been with this guy for 9 years they have been married for the past 2. He has used Meth since the year [about] 2001 and she has said she will leave and then he cleans up for a week and they are "happy" again. this has gone on for 6 years. I don't deal with it anymore, because it makes me mad that she stays. BUT she volunteers for it and is stupid for doing so. Like 3 weeks ago he didnt come home for 2 days and she moved her stuff out and wanted me to help [i wouldnt because i KNEW it would be poinless and told her that] well 3 days later they were back together and i yelled at her. And she said "every relationship has problems" is this a "NORMAL relationship" problem?

I don't get why she put up with this crap. I dont even wanna talk to her anymore.

I have two scenarios. The first is a 60 W bulb and a 100 W bulb that are both separately connected to a 120 V outlet. Which one is brighter using math/physics?

I dont believe america is that strong country it once was, its has a terrible foreign policy, its social security is diastrous, it has a ucnh of billinares and lots of middle class-poor people ( poor because if youcompare them to the super rich they are sooo poor), trillions of dollars in debt, china will have more relevance in this centruy than america will with its army of , cheap labour, industrial capacity, and hightech profesionals,..well not even americans want dollars anymore, heard of berkshares ? so maybe america is overpriced? maybe america is not so important anymore in the world.,,,or will cease to be soon?
