If she has "eyes" for you and truly isn't married and she knows to expect to see you every morning then she would most likely take the ring off before you come in so you'd know she's available.
Chances are, she's taken and is either very flirty (which is not a good quality for someone who's married) or as another poster said, she's working it for tips.
If you really want to ask, wait until it's Friday and then ask her if she and her husband have big plans for the weekend. And if she replies with an answer then you should wish her and her husband a happy weekend and let it go.

The fact that she wears a ring on a finger that signifies a committed relationship should have you immediately figuring that she is just committing customers names to memory so that she is a more valued and quality employee.
She may just be extremely friendly (which is a great thing in a coffee shop) and feel that the customers appreciate being remembered and when you arrive she remembers your name and perhaps even the type of coffee you prefer.
The fact that your conversations are brief and not deeply significant should reinforce the above idea.
If for some reason she is in a relationship and is disrespecting it by truly flirting with you then why would you want to even think of starting a relationship with this girl.
If she does wear the ring to "keep guys off" then respect that and if she is interested she will tell you when she is ready.

Just be blunt to her in a nice way, some women do flirt but if her job is at the coffee shop it will be part of her job. I know that it's seems awkward to you but if this bothers you,one way you can start a quick conversation, just say " your husband is very lucky to have married you!".and after that knowing us it will be a compliment and who knows she might say thank you! From there you will get the answer that you want to know........just be lucky because the woman likes you and she thinks your nice because your always come to buy coffee

Maybe she doesn't realize what she's doing. Just ask her nicely "do you think that's appropriate?" when she says or does something and let her think about it. If she continues to do it then tell her that it isn't appropriate. You will be doing her a favor because she doesn't want to be flirting with the wrong people or sending a message she doesn't know she's sending.

Just ask. Tell her outright you noticed her ring, and wonder if that means she's married. Some women, myself included, wore rings on our ring fingers before we were even engaged. Mine even could've passed for an engagement ring. Never assume either way.

If I were you, I would not ask. If she was interested then she would have removed the ring by now if it was a fake one. Also, if she is truly married, you do not want that kind of woman.

My my you do have a major ego don't you? OF course she flirts with you she's a waitress in a coffeeshop, she flirts so she can get bigger tips. It's not YOU she is interested in it is the large tip you leave when you finish.

just be honest with her, tell her you would like to take her to dinner if she is NOT married.
one of my friends wears a wedding ring (it was her grandmas) so she likes to wear it around- i guess it has 'sentimental' value.
