a baby before birth has rights too-just because a person is not fully developed does not make a person, less of a person. When a baby is born he/she is not fully developed then either. So you ask when does a child become a person- the most he/she is conceived. For those who think a baby cannot breath in the womb- I will answer this with- granted the babies lungs are not fully developed , but that does not make him/her less of a person. What if you were in an accident and cannot breath on your own- and you needed assistance from a machine-would all of a sudden you be not a human. NO NO NO NO!! A heart is beating, not at birth, but only 3 weeks after conception. - just being a blob of tissue or cell- does not cut it , because a cell does not have a heart- a person does.

Because they are born. They can live quite well with a bit of care. They aren't attached to their host. They begin to develop personality within the first two months after birth. They are people then. Before that, they are a parasite that hurts the person carrying it by absorbing important nutrients, making the host sick to their stomach (morning sickness) and eventually removing the ability to escape predators by making it impossible to run from said predator.

I think a fetus becomes a complete human when it's born. While in the womb, it can't breath or eat. And those are the biological cycles associated with being alive and human.

Psalms 139:13
For thou hast posseessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.
for easier reading:
thou hast formed my innermost parts and put me together
but did you mean to say at "conception", for once the child is born what does " a woman's right to choose" have to do with anything?
