How do you Christians resolve the inherent conflict between omniscience and a just and loving God?

The problem is this: Christianity ascribes the quality of omniscience to their God. By that definition, he knows all things, past present in future. He therefore knows the final outcome of everybody's life, including the decision to weather or not to "accept Christ" (however a particular denomination defines that) at some point in their life. This means, then, that he purposefully creates people knowing full well that their end result will be Hell (again, however defined by whatever denomination) - hardly the mark, in my opinion at least, of a "loving", "just" and / or "omnibenevolent" God.

Any thoughts / responses?

I have an aquarium which I have had for about 3 years. The hood and the filter pump are both made of a heavy black plastic material. It has gotten to the point where I cannot get the white residue caused the water off certain parts of the outside of the hood and pump no matter how hard I scrub or what cleaner I use........any suggestions? I have checked around and cannot find a store which will sell me only a new hood and I have already replaced the pump once.

My friend shut down his computer, went to work and his roommate started it up and used it for a while. When my friend got home, the computer would go to start up (ie: fans turn on, HD spins up) there is no post beeps and the no signal to monitor. He had this problem before back in December and it was the motherboard that went bad. I replaced that for him and checked to match sure everything else (ram, video card, cpu, HD, power supply etc.) worked. Could it be that the motherboard just fried again or something else is causing the same problem?

so im 19 years old and i will be moving out of the house finally next week. i was just wondering. the rent and everything included (water, electricity, ect) is going to be $425 a month for each of us and its 2 ppl. i work at a tanning salon and make $5.15 so i know its not a lot but my last check was about $180 for a not busy week. my parents are doing this thing where ill pay $200 a month and they will pay the rest. so do you think this is manageable? im just scared that money is going to be tight.

Christians say the Bible is the only true Word of God, correct? They even demean other Bible based religions for changing/adding to The Word (think Mormon, Jeh. Witness, etc.) The Bible is composed of writings inspired by God.(?) These writings were accumilated and compiled several generations later by other men inspired by God.(?) I have been told several times by my Christian friends that you either believe every word of the Bible or none at all.

Why then did the "experts" remove 12 accepted and God inspired books of the Bible some 150 years or so ago (I think)?

More recently: why do today's newer versions of the Bible omit the last line of "The Lord's Prayer"? (Mt. 6:13..."for Thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory, for ever. Amen."). For some 1500 years the Bible was 100% correct, now it is wrong? It seems to me that Christian leaders are doing the very same thing they have condemed others for doing over the years. HELP!!!

Ok, so 3 army men are in an airplain about to jump out with a parachute. But befor they do they have an idia, everyone drops something that means something. So the first guy drops a rock and says "I love my life" the second drops an apple and says "I love my family" and third drops a bomb saying "i love my country. Each jumps out.

When the first man makes it to the ground he sees a kid crying, he says "why are you crying little boy?" the boy replies "a rock just hit me in the head!"

The second lands and sees another little boy crying, he asks the boy "why are you crying little boy?" the boy replies "a apple just hit me on my head.

So the third just lands and sees a boy laughing really hard, so the man asks him 'Why are you laughing so hard little boy?"

I had a baked potato in a restaraunt once that was absolutely delicious and have tried to make one like it at home with no luck. It was obviously baked wrapped in foil as that is the was it came to the table. The skin had been coverd in butter and then rolled in garlic salt. It was SCRUMPTIOUS! However when I tried it at home, as the potato baked and the butter melted, it seeped out of the foil and dripped all over the bottom of my oven and made a mess (not to mention the smoke it created). Any suggestions as to how I can make this potato without setting off the smoke alarm and having to break out the EZ- OFF oven cleaner immediately after I cook?

I have been falsely arrested three times, once in public and twice in my home. All three times there was no warrant and twice it happened in my home without a warrant. Charges were never filed and I had to stay over night in jail. Should I sue and, if so, for how much?
