One day in a pub, a guy came and announced that he was very good in archery. He asked a guy to stand at a far spot with a watermelon on his head. He pulled his bow and "PA!" The arrow was shot into the watermelon.


The guy who stood there asked: " Who are you?" He replied: " I am Robin Hood."



At this moment, another guy walked into the pub and announced that he was much better. He asked a guy to stand at a far spot with an apple on his head. He pulled the bow and "PA!" The arrow was shot into the apple.



The guy asked:" Who are you?" He replied: "I am Maple Archer."



At this moment, another guy walked in and announced that he was the best. He asked a guy to stand at a far spot with a grape on his head. He pulled the bow and "PA!" The arrow was shot into the guy's heart!



The shot guy said in pain:" Who are you?" He replied:" I am ~~~~~~~~sorry!!"

I will not tell you whether I'm religious or not as it makes no difference.

But, this is what I'm curious about... the people that say they're Christian and sin without end... they forget completely about God, according to the Bible every action, every breath is for God. You place NO one before God.

This is just one of the ten commandments.

Another one is no sex before marriage and NO THOUGHTS OF LUST (ahem) - those are considered adultery.

The majority of Christians just say they believe... but they don't even practice what they preach.

God won't forgive you if you sin day and night without end. I guess all these wannabe Christians aren't going to Heaven as they think they are. They're destined for Hell.

Wouldn't that be correct?

PS - I am aware that most Christians in the R&S section are True Christians... the ones you don't meet every day. But what are your thoughts on the other SUPPOSED Christians?

I really don't get how to factorise something, my teacher doesn't explain things properly, could someone tell me how to work out these 3 questions?

2.)3x^2-11x-20
3.)4x^2+17x-15

I'm trying to connect a router, and my modem has the internet light on, so the internet is going through the modem. The light is also on on the router but it can't detect an internet connection. I know that the ethernet cables work because i tried each individual cable without the router, but going straight from the modem to the ethernet port and both cables work. The only thing that I can guess is that a LAN port is different than an ethernet port. If they're the same, then i guess the problem is the router. The router brand is Dell and my CPU is Compaq so would this make a difference? Help please! 10 pts to best answer!!!

I asked a previous question about if a believer would kill if commanded by god. I was shocked at how many said yes.
In Iraq and other parts of the middle east the terrorists kill because some very charismatic leaders told them that god wants them to kill for him. Are die hard christians in this country on the path to possibly having the same fanatasism?

Married 25 years, and have raised 3 children. First of all, am I happy. Most of the time. Nobodies happy all the time. Does my husband make me happy, sometimes. I have learned to dig deep inside myself to make myself happy. Does my husband hit me? He hasn't actually hit me in about 15 years, has thrown things at me, or around me as recently as a year and a half ago. Am I still afraid of him, somewhat. I give him some credit for controlling his anger. Does he call me names or try to belittle me, yes, things like white trash, and liar come to mind. Does he do it all the time? No, it comes and goes in spurts. Does he compliment me? Never about my appearance, I am attractive and it seems to bother him when other people comment on it, but he does seem to respect my intelligence and is not afraid to say it to others. Does he say he loves me, all the time, but he also says he hates his life and only sticks around because of me.

Do men find women in ther 30's attractive or old? If you do find women in their 30's attractive what attracts you to them? I am in my 30's and Im in good shape and feel I am hanging in there but I am always scared I will be left for a younger girl, my man if we watch TV or are out in public he will always make a comment like "damn" when he sees a younger women and he even wants me to get him the "Girls gone Wild " videos and I know there are women in their late teens and early 20's in them. My husband hates his job. He comes home every night in a foul mood. He complains all the time about how much he hates it. Now he is on a pity-party saying "maybe I'm just not qualified for this job" "maybe I've been fooling myself". First, I tried to cheer him up all the time, give him pep talks. Nothing changes. So, I tried to tell him how his attitude was effecting me. His answer "fine. I'll just pretend like everything is okay". Look, I am pretty realistic. If your job makes you miserable then get another job. Don't sit there and wallow in it. Get up and do something about it. Unfortuately, he doesn't see it that way. Right now, I don't want to be around him because I am just tired of the complaining. How do I deal with him?

Supposedly, Islam's Allah is the same god as the Jehovah of the Jews and Christians. Until around 600 AD, Allah supposedly sent many prophets and none of them said that Allah thought Mecca was important, or even mentioned Mecca at all. Then suddenly, Mohammed comes along and says the Allah wants everyone to bow towards Mecca when praying and visit there at least once. It seems a bit queer that all of sudden, God should decide that this town is so incredibly important when he never mentioned it before.

Are there any Muslim sects that believe that the rules about Mecca are not divinely inspired? Or do all the Muslims in the world actually just go along with this weird sudden fetish that God supposedly developed for Mecca?
