We are still studying the foreclosure auction process, but haven't found any complete free education source for all our questions. Clearly we are starting from a very basic level of knowledge!
We assume a reserve price need not necessarily be for the full debt to a first mortgage lender. But what happens if the winning bid is above the reserve but doesn't cover all the lender's valid costs, does that get added to the costs the lender will try to recoup from selling as REO?

I went to the puppy shop to look for a puppy and happend to come upon the most darling thing! I really didnt know what kinds of questions to ask the owner befor buying her. But he told me that my yorkie was from Korea, she is up to date with all her shots and is healthy, and that she is registered and has up to 4 generations of family tree, and that i should be recieving all the paper work soon. It has been over a month now and the bald spot on her ear ended up to be ringworm as well as her left foot. I just thought they were dry spots and nothing more. It has been over a month now and i went by the shop to ask him for the paper work/ registration papers ( 2x ) and he told me that i will be recieving it shortly since it was a dog from Korea it would take longer. Is this right? It just all sound so fishy now.

Hilary, you proudly proclaim to America that this is not your war. But it was you who signed the legislation allowing America to go to war, if the president deemed it worthy. You also voted to fund the war . Yet, it is still not your war? How convenient for you. Please tell the rest of America how you can acquire such rights. It would be helpful for the times that we blunder as badly! This way we can cosign documents that allow someone to buy a home, if they deem it worthy. If we later find it to be worth more than the cost, we can lay claim to it. If we later find it to be worthless, we are not responsible for the cost. Sounds brilliant. Unfortunately some of the ceo's in America ran their companies the same way. It worked out well for them, but not for the company and it's stockholders. You shouldn't be running for president. John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan would not behave in such a way. At least they took responsibility when they blundered. Candidates from both partys are far more honest and responsible than you are, Hilary. You do not replace one irresponsible president by electing another!

Hi, I had a root canal done on monday 06/11, and it is 2 days later and my tooth feels af if someone punched me really hard in the mouth. The tooth hurts, it is one of my front teeth. Is this normal and when should I be concerned? I know I had a procedure done and that it will hurt for a few days, but how many days is too many? and how long after the procedure should i get it restored. My dentist told me to come back in 3-4 months. Is this normal or should I go back sooner. This is my first root canal so I am confused.

Our story begins at the Olympics, specifically the wrestling event.

It is narrowed down to the Russian or the American for the gold medal. Before the final match, the American wrestler's trainer comes to him and says, "Now don't forget all the research we've done on this Russian. He's never lost a match because of this "pretzel" hold he has. Whatever you do, don't let him get you in this hold. If he does, you're finished!"

The wrestler nods in agreement.

Now, to the match . . . the American and the Russian circle each other several times looking for an opening. All of a sudden the Russian lunges forward, grabbing the American and wrapping him up in the dreaded pretzel hold. A sigh of disappointment goes up from the crowd, and the trainer buries his face in his hands for he knows all is lost. He can't watch the ending.

Suddenly, there's a scream, a cheer from the crowd, and the trainer raises his eyes just in time to see the Russian flying up in the air. The Russian's back hits the mat with a thud, and the American weakly collapses on top of him, getting the pin and winning the match.

The trainer is astounded. When he finally gets the American wrestler alone, he asks, "How did you ever get out of that hold? No one has ever done it before!"

The wrestler answers, "Well, I was ready to give up when he got me in that hold, but at the last moment, I opened my eyes and saw this pair of nuts right in front of my face. I thought I had nothing to lose, so with my last ounce of strength I stretched out my neck and bit those babies just as hard as I could. You'd be amazed how strong you get when you bite your own nuts!"

Being in a relationship is the second hardest job on the planet the first being raising kids. Anytime you add more people to the group it means that you have to work even harder at being in a good relationship. Loving more than one is not easier it is infinately harder. Like wise it can never be selfish because they ALL have to come first. The morals are those of pure love not restricted by mundane rules that should never have been put in force. People were not meant to be monogomus but years of force has made it more popular.
