2nd sentence is same with the first one..you can ommit one of them, don't be silly, your skill wouldn't be affected with the truth of why you're hired..maybe you're applying for the job where you are not qualified..try to apply positions where your skills fit...or have more trainings to acquire skills required for the job...and you used "with" instead of "in" your company
