I had my second child 6 months ago. I was nursing up until a couple weeks ago, but stopped so that I could start on diet pills because I can't seem to drop any weight. I work out 4-6 days a week for a good 40-50 minutes each time with a pretty intense workout. I try to do mostly cardio to lose fat percentage, and I weight lift about every other day. I cut out caffeine (except for what's in the diet pills), cut out liquor and beer, and pretty much only drink water and occasionally crystal light. I have a good diet- and drink lots and lots of water. I had finally lost a few pounds a couple days into taking the diet pills, and am now back up to almost 10lbs heavier than I was a week and a half ago! What am I doing wrong?! I am so frustrated from trying to be so healthy and working out so much, yet seeing no results. My measurements haven't even changed, so it's not like I seem to be turning fat into muscle. HELP!!!

I'm sick of going to the opticians every few years only to find that my eyes have got worse!

To be honest i'm actually worried that they'll just keep getting worse and I'm only 21 now!!

i've been looking on the net to find all these exercises etc that claim to improve, if not restore your vision.

One in particular is called rebuild your vision!

Has anyone used this and had any success?!

So you're arming yourselve with weapons, what would you take along? For me it'd be

Sharp - Samurai sword (Katana)
Throwing weapons - Shurikens (Deadly and accurate) or Grenades(For big explosions.
Gun-Machine gun, most effective as possible, or a sniper rifle.
Non lethal - Stun gun.(Small and good enough to create an oppening while I slash with the sword)

So come on guys, what would you arm yourselves with?

I know my bridesmaid would love a gem stone (not diamond) as a gift, we plan to buy her one as a thank you and she can have a piece of jewellery made from it to her taste, what size stone should I be looking for (probably a ring size or small-ish pendant), and please can anyone advise about clarity, I have no idea where to start!! I am the mother of a young toddler, and am obviously very pregnant. As we are going about our day strangers will come up and ask how old my daughter is, and how far along I am, and then proceed to give me their opinion on the correct spacing of children. I'm sure it is not their intention, but often what they have to say is negative and hurtful to me.

We see it all the time - I'm scared of terrorists, I hate 'libtards', I hate Hillary, I hate gays, I hate blacks, I hate Jews, I hate Hollywood liberals, I'm scared of gays getting married, I hate Mexicans, I hate illegal immigrants, etc. etc.

Why are they so full of fear, hate, and anger? Especially hate, since most conservatives are also Christians, and last I heard they weren't supposed to hate people.

When you think about it, Bush got re-elected on fear and hate. 9/11, 9/11, 9/11, if you elect Kerry we'll get hit by terrorists again, 9/11. Why do these emotions resonate so much with conservatives?

ok so yesterday was my first dr appt. and i was very excited to go because i had been having cramping and had some questions and i guess i was just expecting more. but it was like nothing. i got there they went over my insurance info, then i met with the nurse she asked me a bunch of questions, did the little wheely thing to tell me my due date, gave me a bunch of papers and magazines, gave me my prenatel vitamins and that was it. i asked her about the cramps and said oh yeah thats just stretching nothing to worry about.
they sent me to the lab for blood and made another appt for 2 weeks.
does that seem a little weird to you? or was your first appt about the same?

My wife had left me for someone younger and wealthier than me after several years of marriage... We're still talking but I am really bitter, but she seems to be having a blast. Tonight I am going to have one final dinner with her to discuss a few things and tomorrow morning she leaves for a romantic cruise with her new man... I am determined to get back at her and that is why I am going to put some strong laxative in her food or drink... How much is enough for lets say three days of non-stopping runs?
